Payments
We offer standard payment terms on all of our projects.
First payment - 40% on the day we are good to go with the project.
Second payment- 40% mid-way through the job.
Final payment- 20% on the last day of work.
Material
We will present you with samples of various materials, color combinations, and designs from which to choose. Customers who have preferences other than what we offer are encouraged to bring them in.
Estimates
We offer you an estimate that includes the cost of supplies, construction, and labor for the entire scope of your project.
All fixtures and finishes required for your project are included in the materials. We buy in bulk from our vendors and use our contractor discount for savings.
Our estimate includes design services, procurement, and project support.
